I am wondering does anyone do a low dose patch? Kinda like low dose PM, but instead of PM, it’s patch.

However it seems it’s not easy to get a patch, need prescription anyway. Which is not allowed here in my area.

I did a short run with HRT patches. They’re great. They’re difficult to come by right now, but I much preferred them to E2 tablets. I’d go back on them in the blink of an eye if I could obtain them again.

hmm, if you don't mind I asking. 
-Did you perform a DIY? Was it a few weeks?
-I tried searching but either Out-Of-Stock, or prescription needed (understood)
-How was your dose? I saw 0.025/0.05/0.075/0.1

Everything is out of stock right now.
I was briefly on the 100 patch.
