Hello all. I have taken fenugreek for around 2 yrs. I had small nipples but now hey seem o be bigger more erect  and the areolas have gotten a little bigger. When i stop taking fenuugreek the areolas seem to return back to smaller size. Is this common? Also my nipples are pierced maybe thats why nipples are bigger
