I been taking fenugreek for awhile and have both nipples pierced almost 2 yrs. I am going to try P.M. Wondering when nipples and areolas grow will i affect the piercings. I have 14 gauge in now and going to 12 which is bigger

I had my left one pierced years ago and it's healed up, my nips have been different shapes for a long time, as you have both done I can't see as it would make much difference, they might not develop in the same way as they would have if you hadn't had them pierced but it's not like you can undo it.
