Benizake’s Timeline

Starting now from month 8, i’ll be posting a physique and regiment update here every 8 months until i achieve my desired results.

Im using a picture of myself at 19 to represent my starting physique, as that’s essentially how i look like in my most basic form. And ill probably have a similar physique after staying away from the gym in the coming months anyway. Although i am a lot more hairy now.

The regiment for the next 8 months will be as such:
1 cap (10mg) BIOPERINE
1 cap (80mg) Pituary Glandular
3 caps (750mg) Ovarian Glandular
1 cup (2dl and 10g) Green tea
1 cap (150mg ovarian, 150mg uterus, 50mg heart, 50mg kidney, 50mg liver) Multi Glandular for Women
Two times a day - in the morning and evening

I’ll also be adding a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil in the mornings, and a teaspoon of lingzhi (reishi mushroom) whenever i take a glass of milk. Lastly, there’ll be 20 grams of collagen supplementation whenever i feel the cravings of bone broth.

My current measurements are:

Total height: 183cm

Chest: 95cm (circumference)

Waist: 80cm (circumference)

Arms: 61cm (length)

Hips: 94cm (circumference)

Legs: 77cm (length)
