So two pumps a day is too much. Lol I'll have to back it back down to one a day. Lol.

I guess there must be more than one packaging of BIOLabs BI-EST 5.0.  Looking at mine, it says to apply two pumps in the morning and two in the afternoon or evening.  Each dose equals 4 pumps.  Each dose contains 5mg bio-identical Estrogen.

There's two versions of pumps the older version you use 2 pumps, but the new version you use 4-pumps.
Apparently the 4-pump version provides a far more accurately dosed amount, but both over all gives the same amount of E

The instructions on the [Hello Pharmacist brand] Bi-Est 5.0 that I had, and the current one on Amazon, say that one pump equals 5mg and that that is a daily dose. 

Smokey Mountain Estro-Life quotes 1/4 teaspoon as a daily dose.

This is why I said to follow the instructions on your packaging.

Oh-oh... I did forget that I was referring to the "Hello Pharmacist" brand of Bi-Est 5.0... and there are others.
So, it's one pump for "Hello Pharmacist 5.0". 

If you have "Biolabs" 2.5, they quote 4 pumps/day.

Again, just check the instructions on your product, okay?

Few months late but what kind of progress/changes have people noticed with the Bi Est cream?

With a low enough T level, consistent use of Bi-Est combined with the right kind of Progesterone cream will produce boob growth.
