I'm a 51yr old male just after having radical prostatectomy. What would be a good herbal treatment course to help improve bust size and feminine appearance.
Thanks in advance

I'm a few years older than you, so my age group pis about the same.
There seems to be consensus that herbal supplements work best in combinations. For instance, I have been taking Pueraria Mirifica from Ainterol together with Red reishi and many other vitamins and supplements (Omega 3, B-complex, MSM, Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc) Now I have about A cup, maybe even "B-" size breasts. I think you should read what others have written here, too. Regarding PM, there is also ongoing discussion of risks blood clots. Another method which works for many, but others not so well, is taking Bovine Ovary. Read those discussions as well.

Hi Peachy,
Welcome to BN. I have been on BO for 2 years now and have increased about 4 inches in my bust and have also developed a feminine shape to my butt and waist line. BO works best when taken consistently, starting low and gradually increasing to about 2000 mg a day, they say 1600 is optimal. I also added iodine to help increas my metabolism, DHEA, selenium, vitamin K2/D3, milk thistle and a high protein diet. My regular vitamin regimen also includes multi vitamin, calcium citrate, and glucosamine/MSM complex.
I am not sure what your goals are, but I wish you success.

Thanks Tomi, I was going to try PM 2x750mg tablets a day along with the breast cream to see how that goes, would you recommend the BO along with PM or would that be too much.

From what I understand PM does not mix well with BO. I would stick with some of the regimens much like you have laid out, hopefully you got it from someone else on here who has had success with PM.

I have also read on here that pm and Bo don't play well together.
If you do use both then I'd say start low and only go high on one, not both.
I wouldn't use both at the same time. Maybe alternating between the two, but not at the same time.
Again start low and see, slowly increase them.but again I would for example pick just one of them to consistently raise while keep the other at a lower base level. Like for instance run p.m and slowly raise pm to 1000-1500 a day, while keeping bo low at 250 or 500 a day. I would not do both and the higher recommended doses. And again I don't have any experience with this using both at the same time or and studies done or research.
I only know that I've read multiple times by the senior members of this forum that using both is not the best idea and can have serious health risks.
More is not always better. Just like anything else in life if it were easy everyone would be doing it. This is a challenge and a chance to show yourself how dedicated you are to achieving your goals the hard way, not the quick and easy way. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will your breasts. Lol
My advice is to only use one or the other and give it time to work, see how your body responds. Then make a change.

My advice to those considering this change that are 50+, (I'm 62), is to skip the herbs and use HRT meds. PM's effectiveness compared to HRT is minuscule. PM will work to an extent, but it'll take much longer and is more taxing on your system than HRT.
Since you've had a radical prostatectomy, did your doctor offer you the option of estrogen? I'm unfamiliar with this process with this procedure, but isn't estrogen therapy part of the process? I would enquire with your doctor before you take on any type of an herbal program.
Best of Luck to You
