New and starting slow (any advice)

#1

So I’m new to this but I have done my research on this site for quite some time now. I used to crossdress growing up in my late teen years into my 20s and wanted to transition at one point but my career paths have always made me fear consequences if I did being a genetic male and playing the role. I had at one point started NBE and was living on my own (man by day girl by night) then got into a relationship and had a child and things got really complicated. But now I’m thinking about giving it a try again and seeing where I can end up. Here is the regiment I was thinking about starting any advice on what not to mix and possibly starting doses that would help.

Pm- 2000mg
Progesterone cream-3000mg can
Dandelion root- 500mg
Vitamin D3
SP-1000mg
White peony- 500mg
Calcium
Fenugreek-500mg
BO-150mg
MSM-1000mg

Welcome to BN.
One thing to keep in mind with PM and BO. start low and see how you tolerate it and gradually and incrementally increase if there are no negative side effects. If you start developing headaches, gastric distress, cramping or other out of the ordinary things, reevaluate your program.

IMHO, you are taking too many phytoestrogens and BO.
There is no need to take PM, FG and BO. Choose one.

Always start with the lowest possible dose, usually one capsule, for at least one week before increasing.
Watch for possible negative side-effects. Stomach issues, rashes, headaches, loss of erections, etc.

A simpler and more elegant solution, if it is available to you, is using Estrogen & Progesterone creams.
You still need an AA, such as WP.

Bi-EST 5.0 (5mg/pump)(4mg Estriol & 1mg Estrodiol) - use one pump 5 days a week (e.g. Mon - Fri)
Amazon.com: HelloPharmacist Bioidentical Bi-EST 5.0 Estrogen Menopause Relief Cream for Women - 5 mg Per Pump - Preserved with Essential Oils and Herbs - Additional Moisturizers for Skin Nourishment (3 oz/85g) : Health & Household

Progesterone Cream (20mg/pump) - use one pump 2 days a week (e.g. Sat & Sun)

I agree. It seems that almost every new beginner here asking for advice has done a lot of time researching and coming up with a very good plan for nbe. Unfortunately that plan is almost always too much to soon for a beginner.

What I mean is the plan they come up with is probably the plan that they would be better off using as their routine to continue their growth after they've reached a plateau from using nbe for a year or so.

You have a lot of things that overlap and it seems like you're trying to cover all your bases as much as possible and give your body every possible ingredient and vitamin that you might possibly need to be successful. But the thing is your body can only handle and tolerate so much at once especially if it's a new substance you're not used to taking.

If you do that plan you are putting yourself and your health at risk and I mean serious risk. We're talking stroke blood clots deep vein thrombosis high blood pressure headaches to name a few.

There is a post under herbal supplementation under the breast growing notes thread on page 8 by lotus who is one of our senior members here who has contributed to a lot of the research you see on here. On that page she has posted a very basic beginners plan to start off with. That's what I would recommend you start with versus using what you suggest you're going to start with.

The plan you listed initially is something I would think I would see some of our senior members using after a few years of doing this stuff, not at the very beginning.

This is the plan that lotus had made for beginners to try and once you try it and determine it's good or not working for you then I would say make adjustments.

Lotus Wrote:
Pueraria mirifica @ 500-1500pm (daily)
Progesterone cream-⅛ teaspoon per breast (3-4 times per week) only after you've achieved breast buds (which is typically around 6 months, give or take).
MSM 1-3g per day. antioxidant, taking msm facilitates a pro-breast growth pathway called STAT5, it's a protein synthesizer, Meaning it helps raise growth hormone.
Vitamin D3 & Calcium, helps with breast growing. If you take Calcium you need V-D3 to become more biologically active. Source vitamin D3 with organic olive oil.  Vitamin D increases circulating IGF1 in adults
Melatonin (dosage varies per person), taking this is going after REM and Deep sleep stages (@ body healing), and other things.
Reishi extract-follow manufacturers dosing guidelines, the higher the polysaccharides the stronger anti-androgen. Like this one below, it's organic and 35% polysaccharides.

Technically, MSM stimulates the stat5 pathway which facilitates phosphorylation and the nuclear translocation and DNA binding...in other words it helps with breast growth. MSM also stimulates prolactin and enhances GH (growth hormone).

And something I forgot to mention is start low and progress slowly to the max recommended doses of that plan made by lotus. As in don't start at anything more that 500 pm.

I would say start with one pill a day of each supplement, so that for a week or two or three depending on how you react. Then adjust and add one more pill a day. Etc.
