Topical Protocol Question

#1

Starting September 1, decided to change my program back to the one I had at the start. It mimics a woman's menstrual cycle.

Week 1: PM 1000mg + WP, RR , Calcium Citrate, Vit C, Vit D, GTE, MSM, Ginseng
Week 2: PM 2000mg + others
Week 3: PM 1500mg + others
Week 4: PM 500mg + others

However. I decided to use the Topical Protocol instead of my typical Week 3. Of the seven days, I will be doing the Topical Protocol on 4 alternating days. I was initially not going to add the PC, but still doing the DHEA and BioEst on the other 3.

I wasn't using BioLabs PC, but Joellyne Naturals 3000mg topical. I plan on buying BioLabs P75 MAXX , but is a higher Progesterone concentration needed? It might be a dumb question, but I'm willing to ask it...

Everything else is BioLabs.

Thanks,
Lancer

I can't say much about the prog creams listed, but there seems to be correlation to progesterone dosage. Every time I use actual progesterone capsules on the side of just cream, I get better development. What a surpise because 20mg to 220mg is quite a jump. At one time I was wondering if this would be too much but testing it out in practice proved it to just being more effective.

The normal dose for Progesterone is 20mg but I think the 75mg product could add a big boost to your results.

It is not necessary to use Progesterone daily but more like one or two weeks out of the month.

For example, PG levels are highest for females in the last two weeks of their cycle.
It starts rising in the third week and is highest in the fourth week.
If you want to continue to mimic the female cycle,
it could make sense to use the 25mg cream on the 3rd week and the 75mg on the 4th week.

The OP wouldn't be following the Topical protocol following you're advice. As I've stated many times, following the female menstrual cycle makes no sense... why? because cis-males don't have ovaries. I'll be making a separate thread for the "Original Topical Program" because there's so much misinformation posted by some members here. Lara gives good advice about the original information.

Yea, usually cycles don't make much sense as there's little need for it.

I do take some breaks from topicals, but that's because of dermarolling, to allow skin time to heal and renew at certain points. Also I've noted that a stop-and-go method is quite useful for me to do some times. I cycle progesterone on 15/15 day cycle as to have my stock of it last longer and then there's the kicker, I'm no cis male. I have strong hormonal cycle which results into period symptoms except for blood about thirteen times a year, HRT has only made it stronger and easier to track. I'm certain I have some intersex condition because this can't happen with full or partial female inner works. So I might benefit from cycling some things, but I rather keep things stable as the routine is way easier like that.

Most of the time there's no sense in cycling either HRT or NBE items, except for trying to shock the body to changing by doing a stop-and-go method, but that can work in months, not weeks. Some times little changes can give a push needed.

Separate thread for the topical protocol would be awesome! Maybe people should pay attention on what I'm on while waiting for it, the core of it is exactly the same with some experiements and tweaks on the side. Maybe I'll make a post about it right now as I haven't updated my program for a bit.
