I'm also new here. I'm not really the one to give advice, but I've been taking Fenugreek (I'm like you about PM reluctance). I was taking the same dosage as you, but in digging deeper here it seems that might be too much, and counterproductive. Something about anything over a total daily of 1500-1800mg might actually hinder growth. So I've halved my intake to one capsule three times daily (500mg x 3). I think in the same thread (I really need to start bookmarking threads) there was speculation that too much FG could encourage progesterone production, which seems to be a general consensus we don't need to be using until after definite budding. At least, Lotus doesn't think so, and I take anything she says as mammary Gospel.
Red Clover, Reishi, White Peony- some anti-androgen is needed, yeah. Think it comes down to folks personal preference- I'd started with WP and Saw Palmetto, decided from deep reading that while SP does help against DHT production, it might also be mean to estrogen, so I've discontinued that. I've read here that Reishi + Green Tea extract is a killer combo, so after my WP is exhausted I've got some Reishi gummies and Green Tea capsules to take its place.
Also I keep hearing about MSM so I picked up some joint health with about the amount of MSM recommended (somewhere in the minimum 1000mg range I think). I think that's supposed to encourage growth hormones.
The experienced here warn against trying to throw the entire medicine cabinet at it, and I've been trying to follow that advice but it's hard when you're impatient. Which I am. When I dropped the SP, when I reduced the FG to half what I was taking, there's this thing in me that gets uptight about backing off, but I have to remind myself it's a marathon, not a sprint.
