In need of nipples and curves

#1

Hello, everyone! I'm new to all of this and this forum especially, so I'm seeking for help and advice Big Grin

Since I'm femboy, I don't really want to grow breasts (A cups would not be a problem though), but I want my nipples to be more sensitive.
And I want my figure to become more curvy in a girly way, you know: hips, butt, thighs)

I've been researching for a couple of weeks, but don't know where to start, seems like everybody using different supplements.
Can you recommend me a plan or some herbs, which would not affect my health and reproductive system? I'm very scared of infertality, because I want to have kids in future

Nipple pumping and leg training is what you want, this forum is kind of specifically for breast growing.

I am the furthest thing from being knowledgeable, much less expert, but I'll throw in a couple suggestions.

I'm not sure if you can redistribute fat without also messing with hormones.  Leg training, no idea what that would do for you.

You might lurk around and read all you can on Fenugreek.  I've been taking it as part of a breast jumpstart program, and it does seem to make my nipples more sensitive and perky.  I already have pokey nipples from having pierced them many years ago (if you want sensitive nips piercing is also one way to go about it), but the fenugreek (often abbreviated FG here, if you've not noticed) seems to make them a little more sensitive, and more easily engorged.  My headlights are on more often, in other words, the nipples/areola are more prone to getting hard and puckered up and stiff and it's pretty enjoyable.  If you just took FG without adding on all the other supplements, it might be that the fenugreek alone might give you some nipple excitement without too much anti-androgenic action.  I take it along with Fennel, but several have commented in forum that it seems to be FG in particular that makes the nipples themselves happy.  In the absence of an anti-androgen, it might not affect the boys to any significant amount, but I'd read up on that first don't take my word for it.  I just know that for breast growth, FG isn't to my knowledge a strong anti-androgen, it's always taken in conjunction with other supplements that provide anti-androgenic effects.

I take the stuff from Walmart at the suggested label dosage- 600mg cap thrice daily.  I was taking some off Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00772D3C6
which has a recommended dosage of 1-2 500mg caps up to thrice daily.  When I was taking that brand, at the maximum recommended dose of 3000mg/day, I noticed more 'happiness' from my nipples than I currently do.  I backed off when switching to the Walmart stuff because a- different brand; and b- resident researcher Lotus has concluded that too much FG can retard breast growth, at least before developing breast buds- but you're not trying to grow breasts.  Since I want breast growth, I backed off my dosage.  But that Now brand I linked, at maximum recommended dosage, did wake my nips up in a nice way.

All subject to change- just another newbie sharing their own experience, take what I say with a grain of salt until corroborated elsewhere in Breast Nexus.
