One thing that I've been wondering about is maintenance doses. If someone has been on an NBE program for awhile and achieved growth, what's the recommended maintenance dosage?

That's a good question. When I ran a course of 18 months on BO I dropped down to 1500mg a day to maintain what I had. After 6 months of that I switched to estradiol to further my feminine physique goals.
