The main conclusion I find online is that with BO there's no way to go back to masculinity ever again after being more than 6 months on them, and with PM everything will be reverted if you stop taking them except for the boobs regardless of how long you've been on them.
However, my experience is a bit different.
I wrote my full background story here, so I won't bore anyone with the details.
But to keep it short, I was on PM from 2019 to 2022, not for feminization or boobs, but to reverse balding and inhibit erections, which was successful.
However, I didn't notice any feminization, because I was dangerously obese, so with a masculine body you're a ball, and with a feminine body you're still a ball.
But when I slimmed all the way down to normal weight via a carnivore diet, I noticed that PM did have lasting feminizing effects.
All the things you expect like breast growth, pelvis widening, wider hips, fat redistribution to female areas, a hourglass shape, penis and testicle shrinkage, and even softer skin are still what I have after having stopped PM for over a year, and it doesn't seem like any of that is going to revert back anytime soon.
After quitting PM, these changes seem to be neither developing nor reverting, they're just 'frozen in place'.
Overall, it really seems like it's a lot easier to go from masculine to feminine, but reversing is a lot harder or impossible after prolonged use.
What did get reverted are balding and erections however.
Did anyone have had a similar experience?
