Hi
I am 2 months + back on PM after a 6 month break.

I have attached photos of the PM I am using.

I have slowly built up to 3 tablets a day, 1 in the morning and 2 on an evening

I also take a multivitamin on a morning and a calcium tablet on an evening.

Does anyone think I could \ should increase this in the future?

I have yesterday added some reishi, taking 1 on a morning.
Again is this sufficient dosage?

It's all the extract and ratios that have me confused.

Thanks for any help

Hello,

I've never been on reishi, nor have I used that particular brand of PM.

However, I feel in general that a bit of self-experimentation is needed to find out what dosages work best for you. Some people are more sensitive and can get by on less. Others may need a more moderate or stronger dosage to trigger breast growth.

Extracts seem to seldom work for people.   Consensus advice is stick to Ainterol or Barlowe's.

This was discussed just a while back, no, extracts are not universally bad or not working, that seems to be some sort of a myth here. Just for example Red reishi extracts can be very potent and work just fine. So do red clover extract, or cayenne extract, when used as a part of the topical protocol.

The ones that have been found ineffective are mainly PM extracts, most others are fine.

HN is correct, as usual.  I was speaking only of the PM; which is why I cited Ainterol & Barlowes.  Extracts of other things ARE effective.

PM appears to have a lot of difference between where it is sourced, the quality of the root itself is important. Like how the XX anniversary version of Ainterol was really potent, even more so than the usual one... And for what ever reason, it seems all PM extracts are waste of time and money. The one I tried did absolutely nothing, Biovea brand did something and Ainterol was the only one which could have been called effective.

Anyway, these days I would rather advocate for microdosed/moderate HRT with topical protocol and or glandulars + amino acids and MSM & D3 & calcium for everybody for health benefits alone than PM. Too little effect and too many have gotten a DVT scare from it. Sad Also boobs will grow when given the right hormone balance, PM will never quite do it right. This is difficult if its not a all or nothing situation.

Thank you everyone for your kind responses.

I am only a few days into the RR so I don't know how effective that is.

I do understand that everyone appears to say ainterol and I will try that when my current supply is exhausted.

I will add that though the one I am taking is doing something. It may not be triggering all the growth or speed etc but it has caused my skin to go softer and a distinct loss of the ability to perform. I am also less driven but I did expect that.

I guess I wont know the full effects until I have tried the ainterol which will be about 2 months or so away.

Out of curiosity, which brand of PM you're currently on?

Its good that it does something as PM never is quite potent on its own. Kind of best of the worst on phytoestrogens. These days I would be too scared to take it because of the DVT scares that have been a bit too common, but it works when dosages are kept moderate and usually without much fear of blood clots.

They are from Neo-Nutrition as can be seen in the photo on the original post.

I certainly have loss of function so they are doing something - i also felt unwell for for about 3 weeks, but came through that. (this happened the first time too)
