How was your HRT like? Sounds like it wasn't really efficient. Typically its far too simplistic or not on high enough levels to work well. Plants just wont do the same as bio identical hormones... Combined though its a whole another story.
Yes, HRT should be done on "high" levels so it actually works, Its often prescibed in a crappy way, drop of estrogen and boatload of T blocker and that's it. It wont work much like that, but the moment its done correctly with high and stable enough levels and expanded with progesterone... It becomes very different.
No herbs alone can do that because that's simply not how it works. This is some kind of mythical cope that guys can imagine they're doing something comparable with herbal routine. It just doesn't work like that, NBE can be ok at what its supposed to do, but on its own, its never as good.
+99% of all women never look like that. That's nota real life comparison which would make much sense. I don't know who that woman is and I don't care. I just found such comparisons silly. Real life women don't look like that, these days its almost always surgery, photoshop, filters or AI anyway.
This kinda stuff not even HRT does, that takes some ridiculous amount of surgery or photoshop skills. I don't think I have anything to contribute this thread.
