testosterone boosters

#1

I have noticed the NBE has made me lose all the definition in my arms.  My upper arms have gotten skinny. I feel much weaker.  I have been back in the gym for a week.  I need to be stronger. Trying to lift fairly heavy for my arms to get them a little bigger.  Moderate weights on the chest to tone them up but not bulk up.

What do you think adding protein and OTC testosterone boosters would do to my breasts? Any luck the extra testosterone turns to estrogen and causes my 'gyno' to grow a little?

A known possible side effect of testosterone replacement therapy is gynecomastia (male breast growth); some of the excess testosterone is converted into additional estrogen, which can enhance breast growth.  This is how I first started to develop breasts, when I started TRT following surgery for a pituitary tumor which had knocked out my natural T production.  Lotus would have a solid answer for you if she sees this post, but IMO, OTC T booster would likely not have much of an effect one way of the other.

Best regards,

Its likely a bit of a coin toss what effects you get. If for some reason you're getting good aromatase activation, then extra T might convert into estrogens. But only way to really know is to try because of individual differences.

Another way is to train harder, age and lower T and HGH levels will cause your muscles athropy and exercise results come slower. I have never been "good" at building muscle, but I've had times of very rigorous exercise so I know the difference from T dominance (likely natuarlly low T though.) to fully female balance while on HRT. Diffference in strength seems to be liks 70% compared to before and endurance like 50%, to me endurance drop has been more significant than strength.

So perhaps add heavier or specific arm exercises if muscle definition is what you want? Do it body building style so that you maximise your chances of building muscle mass instead of just strength or endurance. And then try T boost? what do you have to lose to find out how it works for you?

White Peony converts T to E ....

NBE/HRT really did a number on my strength & endurance. Just working in my vegetable garden wipes me out and I need a few days of rest to recover.

I've lost all muscle definition in my arms, but we eat a lot of pasture raised meats. I feel like I only have 1/3rd of muscle mass in my legs. Estrogen really does soften you up.

I am going to keep working out, lifting heavier weights, trying to get stronger.   We will see how long I can keep this trend up.  I used to be in the gym the all the time.  But Kids, work, etc, the time seems harder to find.
I ordered some testosterone boosters online that contain D-Aspartic Acid, fenugreek, ashwagandha, green tea extract, and other ingredients.  I am going to try that for a while.  I figure I either get bigger and stronger or my breasts grow bigger. Either way I win.  I like taking fate out of my hands.

H.I.I.T. can super-charge a NBE/HRT program.

Bad idea.
All lifting weights will do is raise cortisol (the stress hormone) levels, which will only speed up the aging of your body, reduce lifespan, and generally stress you out.
It won't raise T in any provable way.

Just like the best way to raise E is to eat ovaries, the best way to raise T is to eat testicles.
