Hello, I am a 37 y/o male who has experienced gender dysphoria about as long as I can remember. For various reasons I have not taken any significant long-term actions to address this other than a few attempts with PM about 4-5 years ago.

Recently, something shifted and I ordered some BO and decided to give it a shot. My experiences will be captured in the BO subforum as a form of real time journal recording any of the effects. I'm really not sure what my goal is but I'm hoping to figure that out as I go.

I've just added a reply to your BO thread.
I think a lot of people don't fully know their goals when starting out, but sticking with it, being consistent and you'll suss it out as time goes by. Ultimately it doesn't matter, male staying male or to fully transition, what does matter is YOU, do what enables your true self and happiness to shine through.
Just always remember to listen to your body, and enjoy the ride.

Thank you very much. Taking NBE, especially something like BO, has always seemed like such a big step but now that I'm here, it doesn't seem out of place. That might be an indicator. I guess we'll see where this goes
