How to start?

So I have been thinking about all this for months now. HRT is no choice for me so I just ordered Ovarian Glandular from Swanson!

What can I expect?
When will I see/feel results?
How much should I take of it?
Anything else I need?
Does it change erection?
Will I have changes in sex/orgasm?

I am not really overweight I have a slight belly, (sadly) wide shoulders but also a quite huge butt for a guy and wide hips. Should I do cardio? Ass training? Oh and im 170cm tall and 23 years old 

I appreciate any tips! <3

Hi SweetCeline and welcome onboard,

Have a good read through the Bovine section as there is loads of helpful info and personal experiences, for me BO on its own did very little, but others have lots of success with it. It's an odd one, BO seems to work well for some and not so well for others, no one really knows why.

Again, everyone's mileage is different so some see changes in erections, orgasms etc to differing degrees.

I'd start of very low say one cap/day, do that for a couple of weeks to make sure you don't have any adverse reaction, then gradually increase the dose each month. Note the changes as you go along but more importantly, always listening to your body.

A common issue with BO is weight, I really struggled to lose any weight when I was on it, so you may have to aler your diet / exercise if you want to lose that belly. I have the same problem, and it's really hard to shift when on BO!

A couple of thoughts for you, administration route and additions. If taking orally you may want to consider milk thistle to help your liver, especially if you decide to add more to your regime. Alternative method is rectal (dissolve contents in 5ml of water) as this bypasses the liver and potentially works better.

I'd add a decent multi-vitamin just to make sure you are getting all the viits you need.

You can help lower body feminisation by adding a decent legs, bums, tums routine, just search on YouTube for lower half feminising exercises, they'll make the most of your ample butt and hips Smile 

Remember, it won't be a sprint, in fact not even a marathon, as for most changes take time, so my best advice is to consider it as a long leisurely stroll.

Be consistent listen to your body and you'll get there in the end. Good luck with it all.
