I have been taking 2 pills of PM daily for about 3 weeks 1000 mg. I noticed the other night that my breast area is firmer like a semi hard muscle. I have not been working out or anything like that either but the hardness is obvious. There is no tenderness present but I have noticed for a while my nipples are sensitive and they are always hard. Downside my T level is elevated to over a thousand and my DR wants me to back off he T hormone shots.
I'm not sure how to feel about what I have noticed,,, I'm open to any comment. Maybe this is just hopeful thoughts in my head.

Because you are taking TRT it's hard to be certain what's causing the breast change.
Sure could be TRT and it could be PM.
Testosteron -> Estrogen conversion happens naturally. Higher T could lead to higher Estrogen, and that could get you breast changes.
How do you feel about this?
Gynecomastia is a well known side effect of TRT, doctors should have told you.
You roll with it or look at getting surgery.
I have this, I'm on TRT, I take PM. Both breasts now have that firmer feeling. I'm rolling with it until I decide otherwise.

I do not want to sound wrong but what is TRT?
The DR wants me to cut back on the T but I would like my girls to grow some ( I did not tell him that) He wants me to come back in 3 month or so for another blood test. I think I will back off the T for a couple weeks and go see him and he will not know. No surgery for me I want to roll with it.

TRT = Testosterone Replacement Therapy.
It's when your Testosterone levels are below the medically approved values for someone being a male, and the medical staff get you onto Testosterone gels or injections to increase your hormone level.
You could try maybe increasing your PM dose, just be sure to read about any health concerns.

I already take TRT once a week and the dose was what the DR wanted me to take. The DRs office called me and said my T level is too high 1000 plus and wants me to reduce my intake to once every 2 weeks. High T will make the girls grow when my body makes E and I think this is why my girls are feeling firm to the touch.
I'm going to keep my current dose just like it was and see if they grow some more, I have a good amount of prescribed T to inject myself with. My Band measurement is 45 and my breast is 47. the last time I measured I was 46 and 46.
This may be wishful thinking but we shall see and I may not need to go see a hormone DR for E therapy.
Looking at my girls in the morror they don't look like I would think a cis female breast would look like. I need to keep a close eye in them, in a month I will take another measurement.
