Hey everyone,
I've been lurking on this forum for a while now, and I've noticed a lot of discussion around the long-term effects of various PM (presumably meaning Pharmaceutical Modulators?) formulations. I'm particularly interested in compounded PMs, as I've been considering starting on one. However, I'm a bit concerned about the lack of long-term data on their safety and efficacy.
Has anyone here been using compounded PMs for an extended period (say, over 2-3 years)? If so, could you share your experiences? I'm especially interested in hearing about any side effects you've encountered, as well as any positive changes you've noticed.
I'm also curious about the source of your compounded PMs. Are you getting them from a reputable pharmacy that specializes in this type of medication? Have you had your hormone levels regularly monitored by a doctor?
Any insights you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I want to make an informed decision about whether or not to start on compounded PMs, and your experiences would be invaluable in helping me do so. Thanks in advance!.
