I've been on Dutasteride form over 18 months and the pics show what my chest look like at the moment. I am waiting to receive PM from Ainterol and a Noogleberry pump.

Do you think I have a good starting point already?

Also, will Dutasteride alongside PM and spearmint tea be a good combination? (As well as pumping)

I am using Dutasteride 0.5mg once a day, it's made by Crescent Pharma

Looking good! Any luck with body hair loss? And head hair gain?

With regards to body hair loss, it is hard to say as I've undergone multiple full body laser hair removal sessions and I am pretty much hair free at this point so I cannot tell to be honest. Dutasteride won't regrow hair per se, you need Minoxidil to help with that matter, Minoxidil is not guaranteed to work and it didn't really do much for me but Dutasteride will stop any further loss since it's the most potent drug when it comes to nuking DHT levels. I am having a hair transplant done this summer.

You have impressive results from just Dutasteride.

There are lots on here who have had PM induced DVT, quite often serious, so please do make sure you fully understand the risks of PM. 

My experience with PM was yes it caused me to bud and some breast growth, but didn't give me any shape or volume whatsoever. I only started developing shape and volume when I did BO and latterly Een injections. 
 
However, as we know everyone's journey is diffrent, so you may have better results on PM.

If you have budded, I'd be very tempted to skip the PM and do a topical regime as many of us are seeing some really good results form a decent topical mix based around prog, est, BO, RC and Cayenne, check out the topical regime thread for more details.

I know Dutasteride did something because shortly after I started taking it, my libido tanked, and I had all the sexual related side effects, it got better after a while. I then noticed that my breasts were changing.
To be honest, I thought I'd give PM a try for a couple of months then, I am thinking about making my own oestrogen gel, skip herbal HRT and follow a DIY HRT regimen consisting of a dose that is enough to supress testosterone and achieve an E level in the cis female range.
