I am a cis male. My testosterone levels without supplementation is around 54. That.. is hight if You are female lol.. but non existent for a male. Left alone, I have zero drive to do anything, and pull over and start crying for no reason (not acceptable). So I have injected Testosterone for about 20 years. (medically supervised) 1ml week im. My usual level with that dose is 800 to 1000. 
I started about 3 months ago taking PM and bio identical estrogen  cream. I went and got my blood work done.. and it was 2450! I have never even heard of anyone that high. My dr went nuts and told me to cut the dose in half, which I am doing.
Question is, does anyone know if taking those supplements would have anything to do with that happening ? 
Also I want to stay male, and don't want total feminization, just want to grow by breasts a little bit. That is the point of my journey. 
Also I take 500mg of the PM twice a day, and one squirt of the Estrogen cream per nipple twice a day, rubbed into the breasts.
