Is there any general consensus on how long someone should pump to get best results? I’m looking for the sweet spot of long enough for results but not too long where it takes up a lot of my time or causes any issues like visible marks from the cups and such. I’ve been trying to do 20-30 minutes once a day and feel like I see results but not sure if more would help or if less would be just as good?
