I'm late 50's developing a more femme all over curves and UK based.
Presumably you have done your research on all the threads here and know about the risk of PM induced DVT! There are lots of folks on the board who have experienced it, but if you know the risks and the signs then at least you are fore-warned as they say.
I did a spell on PM, then Bovine and now on E and what I found generally was, but do remember everyone's journey differs:
- PM gave me buds but very little volume/shape so very man-boobs, and zero lower curves.
- Bovine gave me more breast volume and I did see some lower half curves development.
- For that all-over femme shape that I'm after, E which in my case is Een weekly injections, is by far the BEST option.
I've also done progesterone, which I am still on, and AA's which I have now dropped because my testosterone level is at the female lower end and therefore have negligible DHT being produced.
There's diffrent schools of thought on progesterone, if it does/doesn't help and when is best to start it. I started using SMNurtrition Progesto-Life cream which is a USP progesterone after I had budded and I continue to use it so, along with my E I'm seeing good lower-half curve development. The better progesterone is pukka P4 progesterone which comes in cream or tablet formats, but you'd have to order that from overseas.
For AA's the best combo that nukes DHT according to our fantastic Lotus is Green Tea extract (EGCG) and Red Reishi mushroom, both of which are easy to source in the UK, typically Swanson / British Supplements, etc. I believe this combo is nearly effective as Finasteride, but of course you'd have to source that from overseas.
Other tips and tricks to consider...
Topical regime - there's a whole raft of us doing our own version of this, so definitely worth researching. Admittedly, for most topical is an addition, but many are seeing some good results. My version is based around prog cream and oestradiol gel, with the occasional red clover, micronised DHEA and aloe vera gel all thrown in the mix. I'm certainly seeing more lower-half curves developing, but E will be helping this too.
Exercise - specifically targeting legs, bums and tums is a great way of developing those lower curves. Search YouTube as there are a loads of lovely ladies with their own routines, try a few and then stick with one and do it.
Good luck with your journey and hope that the above info helps.
