Well back to PM but under greater control and with luck better results, learned a lot from the members especially Wee2er and Heavens Night (dear Lara)
I have been taking 5mg Finasteride since 28 April for prostate issues (BPH) and that has helped, does not reduce testosterone just does things to DHT so that has helped.
Been taking 2 x 500mg Pueraria Mirifica since 17 August and will see how that goes.
Today I have just started Ainterol 69 Atomizer 2 - 3 pumps twice a day. bit pricey but supposed to do the job as it says on their site between 58 and 69 days.
This came all the way from Thailand via Aintrol EU site, also Ainterol USA do it, I have attached a couple of photos fro you all to see.
The breast one is today, I will upload a photo every 2 - 3 weeks and you can see the improvement if any, for now I am still taking 1000mg day PM capsules.
