I was just reading about the ideal breast size and shape.   In general, it sounds like 55% of the breast mass should be below the nipple creating a teardrop shape, with the nipple having a slight upward tilt.  I have much more boob above the nipple vs below.

I'm happy with my overall size, but would like to increase lower half to give perkier look.  I have been trying to locate the noogle cups lower, but seem to slide up when I  increase pressure.  Any suggestions?

Hi.
I personally like to place the domes a little higher, with the rim just about on the underboob. I am mostly trying to keep them as close as possible in the middle of my chest because my boobs are too far apart and I'd like them to develop more towards the center.
One thing that helped me stopping the "drift" (in my case to the side) was to buy a keyhole top. They keyhole would normally sit just below the breasts, but it stretches to the right size to hold the cups in place. I have to adjust it every so often, but they mostly remain where I set them when I start pumping.
