This is my first post and I'm going to share with you the results of my research.
So I've been researching how to grow boobies quite a lot with herbs but the research papers seem to be conflicting. The problem as I see it is much of the research on herbs is on how to block breast cancer growth and how to block hair growth on males but not grow boobs and lastly how to increase testosterone but not grow boobs.
Since I like the idea of knowing how things work I made a chart showing how the various steroid hormones link together and what enzymes make them transform from one to the other. This helped me to understand what I was looking for.
There are tons and tons of herbs that have effects on the male to female hormones but most of them go in conflicting directions blocking one enzyme and increasing the other.
As you can see, the most important one to make androgens into estrogen is aromatase, but it's equally important to make sure that 5-alpha-reductase is blocked so that the masculinizing hormone DHT is totally blocked and all your work undone. From there I looked for natural aromatase boosters and the three best ones are: alcohol!, pure genistein (as found in iCool) and peoniflorin (from white peony root). Licorice is probably the best as it powerfully suppresses both 5-a-r and increase aromatase. Unfortunately it can kill you in less than 2 weeks so go sparingly on licorice.
Spearmint tea does *something* but I can't identify whether it blocks 5-a-r or increase aromatase. Likewise Lavender and tea tree oil both appear to increase aromatase or block 5-a-r but I can't identify what.
Gamma linoleic acid and beta-sitosterol are both excellent 5-a-r inhibitors but they also appear to block aromatase which isn't good if you want to convert the floating testosterone into estrogen.
So I reckon from this chart if you take extra DHEA, block your 5-a-r and increase your aromatase you might get some results.
Also, perhaps counter intuitively some of the male testosterone boosters should be really good to use in combination because they have the nice effect of increasing estradiol when the max t is reached as well as increasing aromatase to take back down the excess T. So my reckoning is if you take one of those and block your 5-a-r sufficiently you will end up with a nice lot of floating T which will be converted by your extra induced aromatase into lovely Estradiol which will induce breast tissue growth. A nice example of these t-boosters might be d-aspartic acid or else tribulus. But you MUST take these with aromatase and a 5-a-r blocker or else you will undo your work.
Here is my chart:
