Hi all,
Is it possible that saw palmetto leads to head ache? However I use SP for 2 years now, I experience since a while regualar head ache: start at one side of my head, coming up at nights. Could this be something with blood pressure, possibly caused by use of SP.
The other herb I usally take is hops. Not via beer, otherwise I should understand where the head ache comes from

I've read you shouldn't need SP after the first 6 months of PM.
But yes, SP can and will give you headaches once your androgens bottom out. It's why I've cut back on it a good bit the last month, with no ill effects.
I'd recommend cutting the dose or stopping it and see if you break out without it. If you don't then androgens have likely been beaten into submission.

Hi hoselover,
The headaches may be from the hops. They will stop if you lower the dose or take fenugreek with it.

Thank you for the asnwers! Any others with the same reply (or other ideas)?
Hope it will be gone soon. It feels not good to have that head ache every night!
