I am a newbie and truly appreciate all the wonderful post and replies I have been adsorbing on furthering my breast development.

I am a 43 year old Male to Female Transgender who started HRT in 2009 and had SRS 2 months ago. As a Fitness Consultant I am in very good condition and exercise regularly.

   

My question is about adding PM to my current Estrogen, Progesterone and Spiro regiment in hopes of rounding out my figure (hips, butt and improve breast).

I have read conflicting post about PM with HRT and potential waste of time and money. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Chris and welcome.
I'll be honest and say I don't really know, but I doubt it.
The phyto-estrogens in PM are much less potent than the synthetics in HRT, so logically they can't add anything and you'd be wasting money.
Also, the rounding effects of PM are somewhat anecdotal, quite few people have said they've seen it, but nobody has ever posted any figures or photos to really back it up.
I've been taking PM for almost two years and although I've grown small boobs there has been no increase in bum size and I'm quite sure my legs are actually getting scrawnier!!
