Is that 500 grams, or 500 mgrams ? Somebody else with more knowledge than I have can jump in, but 500,000 mg seems quite a lot.

What's your goal for NBE?, you know like long term, and btw the dosage is 500 mg, but that's cool and good job for courage to make the post.
