Does anyone have a recipe out there for homemade PM cream. I might not be doing the right searches on this site to find them. Also, can I just break a 500mg capsule open and mix it with some store bought lotion and rub it in or would there be more work needed? Thanks in advance.

You will get more from the pm to take orally the powder in capsuals doesn't easily dissolve and probably to big go through skin you can buy extract liquid and powder that are meant to be better in lotions.
I tried it was just messy and wasted my caps
