My 9 year old brother likes to secretly dress up in our mother's clothes (he doesn't know that I know, hehe), he also does this cute hip thing and says "do I look like a girl when I do that", but in a mocking way, as in "ew girls and the stupid things they do" way.

Now, I'm not jumping to any conclusions but just in case...what should I do in order to avoid him having future issues?

It may be to late... if he is really transgendered then there's nothing you can do... except support him... her... if its like a fetish thing then stop him now before he gets in too deep.... or tell your mother... I wish some days I had never gone down this path.... really make life way more complicated than it should be...
