Budding - what does it feel like?

#1

Overall, I'm about a month into PM with 2,000mg/day (w/brief stop period). Have clearly seen increase in breast tissue and very sensitive nipples. My left side is definitely larger, which seems weird since I'm right handed.

Almost two weeks ago I started getting soreness in muscle tissue behind my left nipple. I say "muscle tissue" because the soreness was located in deeper, more solid, larger tissue mass located both above and below the nipple. Seemed more like empty space directly behind the nipple. The tender soreness increased after my brief break with PM, and today I noticed that when I try to squeeze the left areola I don't get just the areola but maybe a marble size soft-spongy tissue with it.

Does that sound like budding, or is it normally deeper than directly behind or attached to the nipple? If it is budding, then what should I expect in changes over the weeks or month ahead? And I'm concerned why I haven't experienced the same on my right side (maybe only a very slight deep soreness)?

Can anyone help please?

That pretty much sounds like budding to me. I just got my buds a month or so ago after about 2 years on PM and other things like FG. Initially, there is some discomfort, and there is a firm lump behind the nipple. My breasts are very sensitive, and I get momentary pain if I bump them accidentally. It also hurts a little if I have to lie on my stomach for some reason and place too much pressure on my chest. As for what to expect in the coming months, someone else will need to respond.

Yep, sounds like you are on your way to growing some breasts! Wait until they both get really tender and sensitive...then your wife will have lots of fun tormenting you!
