I would love to see those babies in focus.

Agreed. Let's see them in focus!

The right nipple looks very promising, can you see the blue 'veins' right in the middle of the areola?? But is it a vein/milk duct/tissue what??

Thanks!!!

Just normal veins, my guess. Probably just haven't "nestled" in yet. They will when you get more breast maturity.

Your looking good, I would imagine your doctor will be bringing them up before you do.

@ Julie: Thanks Julie, you're very sweet! Blush And probably right too! Big Grin Big Grin

@ iaboy: I got better Montys hey? COOL!!! Tongue Tongue Big Grin Tell me about it, when its cold and the areola shrinks (awwww Sad Sad ) the nipple gets SWARMED by them!! I think Montys are a good sign of development! According to Google, the Montys come in by a womens 2nd-3rd trimester.

On a SERIOUS note though, can anyone PLEASE do a 'Stages of Nipple/Areola Development' For Genetic Males' chart?? I'll try to get it rolling (Lotus, are you looking? Wink Wink )

Stage Development

1 None. All boys are born with nipples that look like tiny pimples!

Hey Auzi, not sure any such chart specifically for Areola's/Nipples exist. I think they just assume, when you have matured breasts, they are as expansive as they are going to get..

@ iaboy: Well, yeah, that's the general assumption. But it seems to me the montys are a sign of _significant_ breast development, as they are supposed to provide lube to the areola/nipple. Yet, I havent reached S4, but they're barely noticeable when my are's are wide and puffy, I think mature breastfeeding women have montys all around !!

Hey everyone, time for an update!

OK so in the past week I've gone to my GP and told him about the Prolactinoma fear, and it turns out I'm in the clear - he said even at 4000mgs/day, I'd need to be on it for a month before it could have that effect! I went for a range of blood tests, and my results are:

Prolactin: 241 mIU/L
Oestradiol: 90 pmol/L
Progesterone: 1.5 nmol/L
Testosterone: 15.9 nmol/L
SHBG: 21 nmol/L
FAI (??) 76 nmol/L
Free Testost: 435.7 pmol/L

Other than that, my health is mostly good; Liver, Kidney, Renal functions all great, vitamins pretty good, just gotta cut back a bit on the sugars, and increase my 'good' cholesterol.

He gave me a referral to a sexual health clinic, and had my appointment with a lady specialist there yesterday. Smile I told her I want to become TG by growing my breasts, and she was quite helpful. We talked about my health and the risks of embolisms on HRT, and she recommended I start a health regime; low glycemic index diet, do more exercise (brisk walk of 1 hr a day!!!) and quit smoking. I shouldn't have too many problems with the diet, but the exercise thing is gonna be difficult. I told her I've been smoking for 20 years, mostly marijuana mixed with tobacco, and we went over some of the risks. At the end, she is sending me to an Endocrinologist, to go over my health/diet/circumstances in more detail, and I think the final decision will rest with this new doctor. Huh Huh

On an impulse, I bought a jar of breast enhancing cream from an Auzi website, $27 for 500gms, its the brand operated by the UK PM site. I read in one of her posts that JulieTG bought some, so if its good enough for her, hey, why not!?

I hope to see the Endo pretty soon, and start a healthy lifestyle. But I gotta admit, I'll have to start slowly with the walking, I've hardly never played sports or been physically active, apart from short walks around the place. Doing an hour of brisk walking a day will 1) exhaust me and 2) probably end up kms away from my place!!! Sad Sad Angry

I thought with all the posts I'd read that using PM/PG creams are pretty safe, not much risks of complications, but I'm not so sure!! Well, off to do more reading!! Tongue Tongue

As always, comments/advice/suggestions/experiences are all welcome!!

Swings and roundabouts, each version of HRT it's own pitfalls and advantages. Even though I'm only on herbs, I still go and see my doctor every 6 months for blood work. At least your talking about things with your doctor, that's a good start.

Oestradiol converted picograms (or pg/mL units) is 24.52 pg/mL (normal male)

And testosterone is 432.28 ng/dL nanogram/deciliter

Free T is 2.6%
BioT is 61%

These are within normal male ranges, based on reference ranges I'm familiar with, (which the lab probably supplied). Maybe you could post those just to verify what I'm calculating.

As a reference, my recent lab results where, (been at this 4yrs, 2yrs NBE & 2yrs Hrt).

Free T is 1.13%
BioT is 26%

Hey everyone!

New year, new attempt. I'm back on the BO routine for the past 2 days, here's my program;

Morning:
2x Swansons Reishi Mushroom 1.2g / 1200 mg
2x Swansons Ovarian Glandular 250 mg
2x Ostelin Calcium 600 mg & Vit D3
1x low dose aspirin 100 mg

2 days in and so far, feeling nothing. I know its only early but still. I intend to give this program a serious go for at least 4 months and re evaluate from there. I've also bought the
XXL Noogleberrry, and will get serious on that too. As always, feedback is always welcome!
