Just wondering of any dangerous side effects of taking PM ? I have read some things and can't seem to find any just seeing if anyone knows if any ?

Some people have seen some side effects , most have not.

The best thing to do is keep to the same brands others here are using. Start up slow , spread your intake through the day.( IE: Do not take 2500mg first off, and all at once )
You want to be able to monitor and listen to your body.

Don't take PM with HRT hormones.

I was on Pm for 3 months and stopped due to 10pound weight gain and tons of cellulite in my thighs. Just had a breast exam and I have a lump in my left breast. Getting a mammogram with diagnostic testing on Monday. Really the question is here, did the PM actually start to work. My left side is smaller. The lump is directly under my nipple. Hmm could it be like budding occuring as in puberty. We all take these risk when using herbs we really have no idea of where they came from or what chemicals were used in the air. You can not completely trust the internet for all the correct information.

There's a sticky on herb interactions (FAQ herbal section), those posted threads about PM interactions took a while to piece them all together. We could be due for an update on interactions though, we'll see what we can do.

I was just thinking that Tanya, it's actually an important effect to consider; Obviously the breast growth is not a side effect however there are mental and possible social side effects that can appear when your breasts grow to the point of not being able to hide them.

The breast growth is not like a light switch where you can just hide them when you want and then pop them back up again when you do want them again. At some point they will be visible through a regular shirt, are you prepared to deal with the extra level of complexity to you life, where before the breasts you did not have to worry about anything, you just put on your shirt and go. Now with breasts you may have to think about how to hide them, wearing extra layers underneath, etc.

Transsexuals have it a little easier in this regard because they are presenting as female so it helps them to appear as feminine as possible, however if presenting as male and you normally look flat chested... then this will be a new experience to deal with.

Yes very true, its something you have to be ready for. It's also very exciting to be able full a bra, and actually have to wear one. I know when I starting growing my boobs I had a wtf moment lol. But now I enjoy it and u guys on here are awesome support.
