Okay So I been taking Vitex and within this month coming up October I should be done with the Vitex. Well I want to start on my journey of becoming the woman I should always have been and I was wanting to know what would be the best and cheapest natural way to get that feminine body. However, over the counter meds would be Red Clover as your estrogen, Reishi as your AA.
