I also got my hormone levels in a few days ago? My Estrogen levels were 235 pg/mL and my Testosterone was <12 ng/dL as well. So my E levels are kinda high I think so maybe supplementing it won't help unless something else can help growth wise without increasing E levels?
@Moobdood,
Well, I certainly understand your apprehension to take BO given your treatment plan. Perhaps Message HelloDiDi and see how she is going about it. I believe she talked with her physician. One thing I do know is that it works wellvfor some of us and others not so much, DiDi and I are the lucky ones it works well for.
Well everyone, I can't believe that it has been 10 whole years since I first started HRT. A whole decade?? Not only that but this month also marks my first time switching from E pills to injections. I was really nervous at first but I am slowly getting the hang of it I think. I did have a quick question. My understanding is that there are only so many estrogen receptors in your body right? So you want to be making sure that you get the real stuff to absorb instead of the pseudo stuff. But now that I am on injection, does that mean that the Estrogen from the injection is absorbed all at once, once a week now instead of everyday? If so, does that mean that on days when I am not injecting myself that i can supplement my HRT with Fenugreek or Pueraria Mirifica then? That may be wishful thinking but the more my breasts have grown the more addicted to them getting bigger I've gotten it seems. I'm also hoping that now that my liver won't be breaking down the E as much, I will get a bit of a growth spurt myself with that too! Here's hoping! And I will appreciate any and all advice!
I'm surprised that you were on tablets that long, but injections are the smart switch in the long run.
It is my understanding that your dosing schedule on injections is enough to carry you through until your next scheduled dose. You should not need or have to even consider adding PM. Besides, phytoestrogens will clog your receptors, totally nullifying your injected dose.
It's also my understanding that when switching to injections you will get a nice boobie boost, and that's one reason I'd like to switch from transdermal gel to injections. Also because the dosing schedule and cost involved is much easier to manage.
Ah ok I see. But yeah and in that 10 years, I mostly was swallowing the pills, not dissolving it, which took too long for me? lol It's a shame then that I still can't supplement the HRT with Fenugreek or PM.
So it's been 3 months since my last post and I do feel like I am having another growth spurt since switching to injectable estrogen. I should have switched over to injections a long time ago!
Yes I am able to do it, which if they weren't as saggy and were fuller I probably wouldn't be able to? But I am able to, tho it tends to hurt my neck after awhile lol. I swear they're more like udders haha but it is very hot to mush my giant areolas into my face ^^
