This probably one for Lotus or other biochem experts, I`v been wondering what is the best sort of foods to eat during different parts of HRT cycling.
I`m Guessing that during the Progesterone part of the cycle that Proteins would be best, and the Estrogen part wpould be best served with greater carbs (like chocolate! for example
)
my "Logic" and I could have this completely backwards or something, is that estrogen to lay down Fat, and Progesterone stimulates Tissue growth so would need more protein.
I know that`s a bit simplistic, but does it make any Scientific sense to do it this way? xx
