I’m beginning this new thread to track my NBE Journey, herbs, dosage, progress, growth ??
(After 7 week ramp- week 1-3 RR & WP. week 4-6 add 1x500mg PM, week 7 same as week 1-3, no PM.
Beginning regimen:
AM-
RR-500mg
WP-500mg
30 mins later
PM-1000mg
Mid AM - 1 cup Spearmint tea
Mid PM - 1 cup Spearmint tea
PM Bedtime-

morning and evening massage.
Exercise 3 days - :45 - 1:00 tempo run / 1 day intervals - 1 day body weight exercises and yoga
Goal: Aggressively target T and DHT. Slowly ramp PM.
Maintain for 4 weeks then evaluate with 1 week off PM. Test hormone levels during week off.
Wash, rinse repeat with 500mg per day PM increase.
