I am wondering to increase the breast size, apart from using herbs (which im already doing). Should i be pumping and enlarging my nipples first of all? Then pumping the breast?

There is a section called "Breast Pumps and Massage" that has a lot of info on that and pictures. I have used a product called "supple nips" but I do not use it often. I have small breasts and I want to keep them small as I am not completely out. I do not want to have to hide them. If you "should" be pumping or using suction is a question that you will have to answer. I can only speak from what I read, but my guess is yes, it does cause enlargement that is permanent over time. I have been using a nipple corrector for about 3 months now but I think I need more breast development. I want to lactate! From what I have gleaned from just a few posts here and by using google searches its unlikely I will be able to unless I drop my testosterone and develop more breast tissue. That said I have noticed my breasts have increased in size a bit while using the nipple corrector (there is an obvious donut like shape when holding my arms up and without my body shaper shirt they stick out). I am anxious to see what the PM extract, dendelioin root extract, licorice root extract and red reishi 100:1 extract I bought are going to do during the next couple months.

Thats if I keep it up. I did try to feminize my chest using bio-identical progesterone a few years ago and it worked to an extent but when I saw myself in the mirror and saw a females face I freaked and stopped. There were people giving me "wtf looks", weird smiles etc and it wasn't until that day I saw what they were seeing.

so few posts in this category it didn't even occur to me to start a new thread... I just checked and all but 1 poster in this thread has been active on these forums in the last few hours. Has been interesting to read from others on these forums and to see they have done some of the same things I have but ya was not paying any attention to the dates but I have seen posts from some of the users and assumed they were still active.
