Hi everyone,
Long time lurker here and I think I’m finally ready to take the plunge and start. I’m thinking the following after reading the pinned threads.
Pueraria Mirifica 1000mg/day scale to 3000mg
Licorice 200mg/day
I’m a 6’3/193cm male so I was wondering if those doses would be about right?
I was also wondering if I’ll see results while in a calorie deficit (currently 220lb, looking to get down to 200)?
Thanks in advance

I think it is difficult to gain boobs while in calorie deficit/losing weight.
Most gains I have had were during periods where I was taking PM and intentionally gaining weight ( supplementing with lots of whey and soy protein). I like to cycle my weight when taking PM (repeat up/down 15-20lbs). For me, It seems to help fat redistribution to the chest, hips, and butt.

I’ll hold off on the weight loss phase and move in to a slight surplus for a few weeks then! Thank you!
How do the dosage amounts look to you?

I’ve ordered 500mg caps from Ainterol and I’m wondering how I (21M, 220lb) should plan my dosing?
I was also wondering if adding and AntiAndrogen (thinking licorice) is necessary?
And finally, I have the screw nipple suction cups, should I keep using these when I start PM? Or should I massage, and if so, how?
Thank you in advance

3,000mg of PM a day is a bad idea...many people (here, including myself) started at this dosage based on bad advice and had serious health complications (including developing DVT). Also, adding Licorice could further cause health complications because of how it raises blood pressure.
Take things slow, start at 500mg per day for the first week and evaluate. If no complications and 500mg more and run with that for a couple of weeks.
PM adds 15% more triglycerides per day while using it, meaning anticipate adding 1/4LB OR MORE or weight based on your daily diet, so I do suggest staying active or developing an exercise program. You can lose weight and still grow breasts if you have fat stores to pull from.
Add MSM, Vitamin D3 and protein for additional breast growth help and health.
Good luck, Lotus.

WRT your Licorice supplement, there are cautions on the web about dosage. I am not sure about which licorice you plan to take but here is a quote:
"There is not a specific “safe” amount, but people with high blood pressure or heart or kidney disease should avoid black licorice, which could worsen these conditions. For people over 40, the FDA says that more than two ounces a day for two weeks may be problematic and cause irregular heart rhythm or arrhythmia."

Also, a lot of people caution to start slow and see how you react to NBE before you take large doses.

thegirl1951, I absolutely agree. As a matter of fact, I would be extremely careful with licorize, and rather consider other supplements than licorice root.
I haven't tried NBE as it is difficult to get in Europe. Instead, at least for me, PM seems to be likely the best supplement. However, all estrogens seem to have risks of some kinds, for instance slightly elevated risk of blood clots. My solution for reducing that risk is to take some Omega3 fish oil, as it is anti-inflammatory and slightly "blood thinning", thus reducing clotting tendencies.
Take care
