I've finally stepped my full legs into NBE!! wish me luck. A little about myself, I've been lurking here since the beginning of this year and reading all the resources made me hopefull that I a genetic male can finally grow a pair as well. However, I am still questioning and would be in the male staying male category for now is not considering a full transitioning now, especially considering the hyper conservative nationality I come from. I've been running the programmed inspired from Manue for the last month. I've started out small and is considering taking things up a notch.
Pumeraria Mirifica from Trexgenics: 550mg x1 daily (morning)
Reishi from Swanson: 600mg x1 daily (lunch)
White Peony Root Extract caps: 600mg x1 daily (night)
Vitamin D3: 2000IU x1 daily (morning)
Calcium: 500mg x1 daily (lunch)
Fish oil: 1000mg x1 daily (night)
I've been following the plan for the last 3 weeks, and I'll be going on break for the next week and ramping up just PM to 1100mg for the next cycle. So far I've haven't noticed any physical changes, although it killed most of my libido and erections aren't quite frequent anymore. I feel calm but mostly anhedonic, but nothing is gonna stop me take my pills lol.
My measurements as of today:

bust size: 39.8 in
Waist: 35 in
Hips: 39 in
Weight: 77 Kg
After 3 weeks front picture:
I do have a few questions, I hope someonce can help me with those?
1. Is the PM brand that am using legit or effecitve as Antirol's?
2. Is there a particular time of a day to take PM for most effectiveness? or can I take PM anytime during a day?
3. Can I tweak the plan even better for the next cycle other than adding extra dose of PM?
