PM & FG combined

#1

I'm still new here and new to the journey, but I'm curious if there's any problem with taking PM and FG together when constructing a program.

Without judgment, I innocently tried constructing a program with that and before I get too far into the journey, I want to get advice regarding if it's too much, not recommended, problematic, etc.

I'm new in a serious capacity to these programs and I've read many posts but I don't recall ever coming across this question.

Many thanks

Thumbs Up

Personally I have been using FG (600mg X3 daily) along with Anterol PM (500 mg X3 daily). I also add RR and Licorice for my AA. I did this for three years and I sport a well defined B cup.

After catching a serious bout of COVID in February I stopped all herbal supplements. I desire to get back onto my program and miss it. I am hopeful that I have cleared my estrogen receptors and I intend to resume my herbal supplements on September 1st. Lol..or tempted as I am August 1st as I am really craving my estrogen for the mental health benefit it provides me.

I don't really see any reason to combine PM and FG.

Stick to one or the other and use a higher dose if necessary.

Of course, you need an AA and Progesterone cream.

That should do it!

I asked this question last year, and Lotus advised not to use them together because they compete with each other.

Best regards,
