My wife bought me a several female tank tops to wear under my shirts to help hide my nipples and give me a little compression.  When I wear them under a Tshirt the tank top lines are fairly visible.  Do you think people see it is a just a 'wife beater' under my shirt or at first glance think it's a bra.  Especially from the front view with my nipples still showing.  Do you think the lines draw people's attention to your chest?

I know people are busy and don't pay a lot of attention.  I was thinking about those situations you spend a little more time than just passing by.  Stopping for small talk or a beer or something with a few people.

I am not too concerned either way.  Making conversations to avoid working.

I think in today's world people pay little attention to details like lines in or under a shirt. My nipples have been pierced a couple of times so they always protruded a little and have become more noticeable since starting NBE. I have bought two different styles of compression shirts. I have sleeveless t-shirt and tank top ones. Both do a great job of flattening my chest but mu nipples are still noticeable, at least by me.

Nobody other than my wife has commented on my nipples or breasts. I could stand to lose about 25lbs so I think most people that may notice anything just figure they are moobs and wouldn't say anything. They are definitely not moobs anymore as they are fuller and more rounded, which I love. I have yet to buy a bra or sports bra but keep getting closer to that point with the growth that is happening. 

I wouldn't worry about people noticing anything and I bet if they did they will assume it's an undershirt or they simply just won't say anything.

I'm still trying to find a nice fitting womens tank top for myself. I'm usually having to get the largest size they offer for it to fit around my chest and back, but then it's way too loose and baggy around my mid section... Bodybuilder problems...
