I have been looking at various delivery methods for hrt. Pellets have just not been part of my understanding until recently, and the related posts I found seem to be 2017 and prior . Please forgive my lacking "search-fu" with previous posts.
Pills are hard on the liver, patches seem to be a cost and routine effective route, gels and creams seem cost effective but not routine effective, and injections are not for those with needle issues but seem to have a longer effective curve. However, all seem to have the same underlying issue of consistency in maintaining levels in the body.
I just came across pellets in a youtube rabbit hole. The pellets seem to have the most consistent level delivery, but they are also not cost effective for many on a budget.

Has anyone had experience with these here?
