Hello everyone. I have been reading this forum for several months, but it is only now that I have created an account and decided to create my topic here. I decided that I wanted to grow slightly defined breasts, but above all, to achieve a more feminine figure and, most importantly, to minimize the erection/reduce the size of my little one ?. I started a strong reduction, currently I am 186 cm tall and 79 kg. I ordered saw palmetto tablets and I plan to take 1000mg a day. Now a question for you. Will supplementing it with pureria mirifica be enough? How to dose? Should I take it with sawpalmetto or just sawpalmetto and then the rest? I'm asking nicely for your advice ?❤

That is a very basic and widely used beginning program based around using p.m. as the key ingredient.

If you're looking for more of a over all feminizing affect on the entire body then using b.o. or legitimate HRT will be better than p.m.
Most people use p.m. bc they want to maintain functionality downstairs. Since with p.m. you can really tip toe on the edge without going over by finding the the right balance of herbs and cycling on and off. People who use pm typically only want to grow breast and not be completely transformed. Granted pm does have some feminization on the body and it can also shrink and lesson the function down stairs as well, but is typically reversible if stopped (any breast growth is not reversible, only functionality down stairs and other masculine characteristics will eventually return if pm is stopped.)
Using Bo and or HRT will give you more overall feminizing affects, reduce your testicles and penis size, you're ability to function downstairs will eventually stop, and you will have all the breast growing potential as p.m but with more body feminization. But people use these tend to want to transition. Most use bo knowing there is a point of no return, and use it as a precursor to hrt.
As for S.P it does help block or reduce dht conversion but red reshi is far strong than s.p. also S.P can increase your testosterone.

Don't worry. As lotus would say so your research, make a plan and use what you have. Don't let anyone else change your game plan based off what you think is best for your body.
I'd start slow and use what you have with SP. See what it does or doesn't do, and make a change.
I would def urge you to really research bo before using it. Get to know as much as you can about it and determine if that's the route you want to go. This website is ridiculously large with how much information is on it.

As for bo there is not a basic beginners program that I've come across yet on here.
Most people start bo with 1 pill a day (250mg), and gradually work your way up. Most people see good affects at 500-1500 of bo daily, but again starting slow and working your way up you'll find what dose works and what's too much.
With bo you'll want to ensure you have adequate protein intake. Also it works best at a specific body temp which most people use kelp or iodine to help keep their body temp in optimum range.
Some people find that using pituitary glandular helps when taking bo. Most only use 1 (80mg) or 2 (160mg) daily. And last but not least using some form of anti androgen.
Most bo plans seem to include the following but are not limited to:
B.o
Red reshi
Pituitary glandular
MSM
Green tea extract
Dhea
Progesterone (only after breast growth has started)
But again With anything on here start slow and slow build adding things slowly. You can really mess up for digestion if you all of a sudden start taking 20 pills a day of different NBE herbal supplements.
