Estradiol cream will not replace red reishi as a DHT blocker, that's not what it does. Although high enough estrogen levels in general do suppress T and DHT levels quite well and some can do it entirely with estradiol monotherapy alone. But topical estradiol cream will not function quite the same, so I suggest you keep taking RR as its quite effective in what it does.

Yes, you could do that, it might just work... But to make sure it does, I would either mix the bovine ovary powder with the creams beforehand and let it absorb, or better yet, use some type of absorbing agent to help with it. The strong alcohol + BO mix is quite easy to do, all you need is the strongest clear alcohol you can get, stronger the better. Then mix the powder to the alcohol and let it absorb, the way I do it with the cayenne extract as that contains so much alcohol is to mix the ingredients and shake it at least twice a day to keep it mixed up.

Only problem there is that alcohol can dry the skin, but creams can likely offset it. For me this is a real problem as I have atopic eczema which is chronic since childhood so it comes and goes, my skin is naturally super dry. HRT makes it worse and Bica makes it even worse than that, so this is something I need to pay a lot of attention to.

There are other absorbing agents talked about in the DIY HRT circles, especially by those who make their own estrogel, I think a lot of those ingredients could help with absorbing BO and all topicals, so this might be a thing to look into.

By the way… where I can find Estradiol gel or cream in Europe without prescription? I would like give it a try to develop my nipples and areolas, especially left one….
