Need some guidance for an NBE program

#1
Question

Hi, i need some suggestion/guide on what to use daily. Firstly i should make it clear that i don't have access to any medical grade med like Estradiol etc.

I'll most certainly be taking PM, but i don't know what else i should combine it with. I was normally thinking about Saw Palmetto, but i heard it's not really the best one to use? And maybe RR is better? So overall can i give me some guide on this? Like dosage etc.

Also should talk about my goals i guess? I'm transgender MtF, i'm 20 y.o. I won't be able access HRT for at minimum 3 years until when i can move to a different country. So until then i wanted to do as much progress as i can. I don't really want big breasts, or should i say, fast breast development, because i'm stealth and i don't really want any unwanted attention on myself. So i was looking for a more gradual progress. Also as i said, i'm okay with like A to B cup. I want more of a petite look. Not saying i'm not okay with bigger breasts but i'm saying for at least for now. Because too big breasts would be too hard to hide from others.

Also if possible i don't want to be taking too many different supplements at once. Like only 2-3 is enough because more than that would be too expensive.

This is what she recommends as one of the most basic beginner programs using P.M.

You can find this in the breast growing notes thread around page 8 or so. Hope this helps.

Definitely take your time and read though as many of these topics and threads as you can. Do you research. As good as pm is there can also be some serious health related issues that come with it such as high blood pressure, blood clots and Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), many members here have reported such health issues. So just beware.

There are other roads to feminization. Like using bovine ovary, or getting legitimate HRT. Also some members use other things to replace p.m. like fenugreek but still follow the same basic program minus the p.m.

Again just do your research. Weigh the benefits to risks. If you're serious and know you will transition sometime in the future bovine ovary will have a more over all feminizing affect on your entire body, not just growth of breast tissue.

Also small things you can do over the next three years to help your transition is to save money as best you can. I know you're saving to move to another country. But anything you can save will help in the long run or getting education or certifications so that you can get good paying jobs after you move to help support your transition.

You can wear female clothing under your normal clothes to help any anxiety and depression from gender issues. You can paint your toes and finger nails or just use the clear nail polish no one will notice. Basic simple make up, that match your skin tone not lipstick or anything obvious. And one of the best things you can start to do is voice training, it takes time to change one's voice, years in fact depending on how often you practice. Maybe learning feminine mannerisms like walking, sitting etc.  All of these things can be at your own pace and very discreet till you're ready to come out living as a woman.

Again as for NBE there is a lot of information here on this forum take the time and read as much as you can.

Progesterone cream-⅛ teaspoon per breast (3-4 times per week) only after you've achieved breast buds (which is typically around 6 months, give or take).
MSM 1-3g per day. antioxidant, taking msm facilitates a pro-breast growth pathway called STAT5, it's a protein synthesizer, Meaning it helps raise growth hormone.
Vitamin D3 & Calcium, helps with breast growing. If you take Calcium you need V-D3 to become more biologically active. Source vitamin D3 with organic olive oil.  Vitamin D increases circulating IGF1 in adults
Melatonin (dosage varies per person), taking this is going after REM and Deep sleep stages (@ body healing), and other things.
Reishi extract-follow manufacturers dosing guidelines, the higher the polysaccharides the stronger anti-androgen. Like this one below, it's organic and 35% polysaccharides.

Technically, MSM stimulates the stat5 pathway which facilitates phosphorylation and the nuclear translocation and DNA binding...in other words it helps with breast growth. MSM also stimulates prolactin and enhances GH (growth hormone).

To add to this post from the PM category for threads. From what I've read on here people who opt for P.M. tend to have to use more support supplements to give the best overall chances for it to work.

Using bovine ovary, ive read.people use slightly less supportive supplements for it to have best odds of working.

Again everyone is different, everyone responds differently to the same compounds. What works for me may not work for you.

So again do your research,.make a plan and give it a try. Don't.  Be afraid to experiment and see what works and does not work for you. And what ever you do start at a low dose and slowly increase it over time to access.how your body can handle it.

CM213,
You are correct, BO does not require much support supplements. It can be taken stand alone or you may add iodine to support a slight increase in body temperature and DHEA as a building block for hormones. I may have over simplified it, but BO is more efficient in producing e and suppressing t.
