Hi, Thanks for the answer! I will buy MSM and Calcium, that I was not taking. I am taking now 12 different things... I don't know if it is fine, but it was the way that I found alone, before to come here, after that I learned some things here and implemented the list. I can say that my body have changed fast, the grouth of the breast is going fast, the transformation of muscles into fat is also fast, only two months and I can see a lot of differences in my body, much more curves, beeg butt, large sides... I am going realy being like a girl, but I fear that my mind is stucked like a boat anchored, who the wind take it to a certain distance, but the anchor is there. The worst thing is that I don't know if I am the anchor or the boat.

My things now: Spearmint, white peony, chasteberry, pueraria mirifica, black cohosh, saw palmetto, reishi, Vitamin d3, magnesium, evening primrose, flexseed, selenium, progesterone bioidentical USP cream, estradiol bioidentcal USP cream.

I also bought and have in the cabnet, yet sealed to use in the future: Dong Quai, DGL licorice, blessed thistle and soy isoflavones.

I am bissexual, and the majority of my relationships was with girls... with men was only casual meetings just for sex. I realy don't know if I want to have a relationship with a man or a girl, during the day I thing on men, but during the night when I'm off, I'm thinking on girls. What a crazy mind!

One thing I have to nitpick about, muscle does not change into fat. Muscle can grow or athropy, but it doesn't not into fat cells. That happens by fat distribution change while on HRT and NBE programs. Tongue Lets see about your program if I can help with it... Lotus is so much better with all the NBE items, all information can be found from her threads here on BN so I suggest you to go read. There's a lot of rather heavy science text about everything, but included is tons of good information.

Spearmint and white peony I can't say much about as I haven't tried them. Chasteberry is good for supporting progesterone levels. Pueraria mirifica you maybe should drop at some point in favour of something better? At latest when you start conventional HRT. Black cohosh doesn't seem to do much, it should support estrogen levels and maybe prolactin, but I haven't found it very efffective. Saw palmetto I can't say anything about. Reishi is very good for lowering DHT and you should keep it going, maybe drop it if you go on a decent T blocker, but you can use it on the side to make sure DHT is totally out. It has other health effects too so it might be good to take ragardless. Vitamin d3 paired with MSM and Calcium citrate is definitely a way to go. Magnesium is always good to supplement on, I get it from multivitamin only at the moment. Evening primrose works in conjunction with Chasteberry(Vitex) and Omega3s, definitely worth taking both for hormone balance and brain health and so on. Flaxseed might be helpful, but I don't know much about it. Selenium once again nice little thing in there, you might want to consider strong multivitamin that includes this and plethora of other ingredients, those can deal with a lot in one pill and they're also affordable. Progesterone bioidentical USP cream, estradiol bioidentcal USP cream are absolutely your friend, especially if you decide to do them as part of the topical protocol much discussed lately. These alone are helpful, but nowhere near as effective as conventional HRT, but topically they're awesome and I kinda do endorse the idea of supplementing also estriol and not estradiol only as all estrogens are needed for healthy hormone balance. I think conventional HRT is absolutely simplest way possible and its not complete on its own.

Sorry for the wall of text. Big Grin
