I removed the piercings though. And, yes, you are right my left baby is a tad larger than the right one. It seems it is slowly catching up.

Just got some lab works today, under the influence of BO, and BiEstro and Progest creams as well as some RR and DIM.

E2 : 237 pmol/l, double the normal male's limit (yeehaaaaa!!!!)
Progesterone : 2.29 nmol/l : well above the male limits
However, TT is still at 12.3 nmol/l, which disappoints me quite a bit.

How can I kill this bloody TT?  Huh

They look to be pretty good levels (I think) considering your regime, so personally I wouldnt worry too much about that level of T as we all need some T. Low T can make you tired and other various issues.

It's also beneficial to have some T as this can be beneficial for body feminisation to.

For me it's more about does it feel right than any hard and fast numbers, granted I'm off to get my labs done at the month end but only to see if/how they've changed since going on injections. However, I won't be worried about the exact levels, just as long as they are circa female range and I'm feel good in myself.

Just a quick update of my boob growth, which is not much as compared to the last time...   Crying

I have been more or less quite consistent with my intake of BO along with Reishi (as AA) and some additional Red Clover. So far, I am not sure I can see any change from the beginning of the process last year. This makes me a bit frustrated and I am seriously considering a "normal" HRT with E2. I have an appointment with the Folx people the next time I am in the US. I hope I will make it as I freaked out for the first one and canceled it on short notice... (Poor me)

Any piece of advice or support would be appreciated as I am still kind of freaking out to switch to the more "serious" stuff? This is especially true given the present political trend against non binary and trans people. For the time being, I am considering to take E2 to transform myself from the neck down, while keeping my cis male appearance. Then, we will see...

No picture now. But today is a great day.

I had an appointment with a doctor and am about to start with the real stuff. Estrogen is on the way!
No anti androgen for the moment as I need to see how it goes with 2x2mg of sublingual estrogen daily. Can’t wait to start it!
I’ll keep you updated.

Folx seems to be a good option for people without insurance or just don't want or have a family doctor.
Goof luck

Got my visit with them. Very straightforward and no nonsense. And I just got my E2 today.

I was able to pick up my prescription the day, right after my appointment. Glad everything worked out.
