 I wanted to introduce myself to everyone and mark the start of my journey.  I ordered MSM 1000mg, Fenugreek 1130mg, Pueraria mirifica 1000mg and finally Reishi 1000mg from Amazon . It should be here tomorrow. 
 I am really excited to do this and can't wait to see what happens.

 I do have 2 questions,  I've am confused if I should take Fenugreek and PM together? Also I'm almost out of multivitamins, should I get womans or the male version?
